Jerrod Williams was a witness during the Skyview High School State Mock Trial Team competition held in an Anchorage court house. The Skyview team placed second in the state competition. Many hours were spent preparing for the competition which provided opportunities for students to better understand our legal system, learn to think on their feet, work as a team, do problem solving, and meet lawyers, judges, and law clerks. Jerrod’s grandmother, Carrie Williams, is understandably proud of Jerrod for his role and for earning top speaker points. She thanks General Manager Dan Michels and Maintenance Manager John Williams of Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge for supporting the Skyview team with vans and drivers.
