The following incidents were reported to Detachment E of the Alaska State Troopers. Any charges reported are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Driving with Suspended License: On March 28 at 5:36 p.m., a Trooper stopped a 2002 Subaru Impreza near mi. 106 Seward Highway for an equipment violation. Investigation revealed Gabriel S. Lutz, age 22 of Anchorage was driving on a suspended driver’s license. Lutz was issued a summons for Driving While License Suspended and released on scene. The vehicle was released to a licensed driver.
Marijuana Possession: On March 30 at 1:15 a.m., a Trooper stopped on a parked vehicle at mile 98.5 Seward Highway near Girdwood. An investigation revealed the driver Zeke A. Hilsinger, age 26 of Sutton, and the passenger Chandelle A. Lee, age 22 of Anchorage, possessed marijuana. Both subjects were issued a summons to appear in court for misconduct involving a controlled substance in the 6th degree and released on scene.
