Winterfest
Winterfest kicks off Feb. 5 – 7, packed full of family fun for all ages. Kid's activities on Saturday, February 6 include fun races, scavenger hunt, obstacle course, face painting and 4-Track sled rides. Free ski and snowboard demos will be available at the top of the Tram all weekend from noon until 4:00 p.m. Alaska Backcountry Access will be offering snowshoe and cross country ski tours beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Compete in head to head racing from the new dual start race shack during Dollar Dual Races from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. or fight it out in the Team Tug Of War from 4:30 to 5:30 on Saturday. Stop by any ticket office and take advantage of Super Bowl Sunday Two for One lift tickets on Sunday, Feb. 7.
Ski Patrol Auction

Join us at the Sitzmark for the first annual Alyeska Ski Patrol Auction to benefit for the Alyeska Avalanche Dog Program on Friday, Feb. 5 at 7:00 p.m. Bid for an early morning ski and Seven Glaciers lunch with your favorite ski patroller and enter the raffle to win a pair of K2 Pontoons. Raffle tickets can be purchased in advance at the Sitzmark or from ski patrol.
Beacon & Eggs
The Beacon & Eggs Breakfast Hunt will take place on Sunday, Feb. 7. Start out your day with a hearty breakfast and presentation by Alyeska's snow safety experts. The Beacon Hunt begins at 11:00 a.m. in the Easy Searcher Beacon Park. All participants are entered to win a Mammut Pulse Beacon. The cost is $15 and all proceeds benefit the Alyeska Avalanche Dog Program. Call 754-2275 for more info.
Kid's Night Out
Bring your kids to the Daylodge and let them get out their winter energy in the inflatable Bouncy House. Special guests include everybody's favorite mascot Mogul Moose and a chance to make music with multi-talented Sarah-n-Dippity. An arts and crafts table will allow for supervised artistic expression. Pizza and beverages included in entry fee. Admission is $20 for ages 2 to 12. Call 754-2274 for more information.

Shred League Registration Rally
Shred League Registration Rally will be Friday, Feb. 12 at the Tramway Café from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Shred League is a new freestyle terrain park and super pipe competition league every Friday night from Feb. 19 to March 19. Competition time is from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. and the league is open to skier and snowboarders of all ages. Registration forms and more details are available online.
Sitzmark Bar & Grill
Absinthe Films presents “Neverland”, the last movie in the Snowboard Film Series, on Jan. 27 at 7:30 p.m. and admission is free. The second annual Hot Dog & Ski Bunny Costume Party will be Saturday, Jan. 30. The theme this year is “The Olympics in the 80's” and tickets are $10.
