Sandy Chio moved to Girdwood from Telluride, Colo., where she worked as Director of Marketing for the Telluride Tourism Board.

Choi relocated from Telluride, Colo., where she worked as Director of Marketing for the Telluride Tourism Board.
Chio says she is excited to be returning to her ski roots. Prior to Telluride, She managed business development and partnerships at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area in California and led marketing and sales at Schweitzer Mountain Resort in Sandpoint, Idaho.
With a comprehensive agency background, Chio specialized in integrated advertising and branding campaigns at Harris & Love Advertising, EURO RSG DSW Partners and TMP Worldwide. She has developed campaigns for clients including Deer Valley Resort, Park City Chamber and Visitors Bureau, Washington Mutual, Inc., and Iomega Corporation.
Chio holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University.
She is an avid telemark skier, backpacker, and kayaker and says she is thrilled to have the Chugach Mountains as her new backyard.
